    1. Reserve the virtual ticket choosing the day and time you prefer. Fill out the form with the required information. There are 4 types of tickets. All with limited availability:
      • Availability Machu Picchu Only: 6,000 people per day.
      • Availability Machu Picchu – Huayna Picchu: 400 people per day.
      • Availability Machu Picchu – Mountain: 800 people per day.
      • Availability Machu Picchu – Museum: According to availability Machu Picchu Only.
    2. Make the payment of the Machu Picchu ticket through the different means of payment. You can do it through PayPal (accepts various types of credit or debit cards), Western Union or a bank transaction

What are the types of ticket Machu Picchu 2018?

There are four types of Machu Picchu tickets available  in its different schedules:

    3. Entrance Machu Picchu + Mountain: With this ticket you enter Machu Picchu and Machu Picchu mountain.
      • Schedule 1: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Visit to Machu Picchu) / 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. (Entrance to Machu Picchu mountain).
      • Schedule 2: 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Visit to Machu Picchu) / 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. (Entrance to Machu Picchu mountain).
    4. Entrance Machu Picchu + Museum: With this ticket you enter Machu Picchu and the Machu Picchu Site Museum.
      • Morning schedule: 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Visit to Machu Picchu) / 9 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (Visit to the Machu Picchu Museum).
      • Schedule late: 12 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. (Visit to Machu Picchu) / 9 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (Visit to the Machu Picchu Museum).

To book a Machu Picchu ticket you must send an email with your passport or updated identity document.

This is how you get the Machu Picchu 2018 tickets:

  1. Check the live availability calendar of the Machu Picchu entrance.

  2. Choose a type of ticket, the date and time of your preference.

  3. Complete the booking form with your personal information.

  • Machu Picchu tickets have an availability limit.

What are the special discounts Machu Picchu 2018?

  • There are special discounts for university students, minors and citizens of the Andean Community (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia).

    • University students must send their current university card and passport or identity document.
    • Citizens belonging to the Andean Community must send an identity document or passport.

Important information

  • According to the new provisions, you cannot enter Machu Picchu without the company of a tour guide.

  • The train tickets are as important as the Machu Picchu tickets. It is recommended to reserve them after knowing the date of visit.
